Revolutionize, a News on How to Make a Resume in the future, Online Video Resume.

Never thought that a revolutionary will go this far, are you still frustrated with how to make a resume, cover letter, template and bunch of stuff like that to get a job interview, well it’s surprise me too, nowadays applicants are starting to post video profiles on the internet, and even many prominent organizations are using video clips to offer an inside perspective on their businesses companies to grab the attention of their potential applicants.

Well on august 8, New Yorkers braved yesterday's heat to take advantage of the opportunity to record free online video resumes, when the world's first career TV-website, CareerTV.com, launched big in Times Square.

"It felt a bit weird doing it. But, being in the advertising industry, I believe online video resumes can really help me when applying for a job," said Nina Ribbenklint, who completed her resume in just a few takes, despite many curious onlookers.

Another man Mr. Rose, 35, came up with the quirky resume after his YouTube account was watched by more than 200,000 truck enthusiasts around the globe. since posting the electronic CV, Mr. Rose says he has been given six firm job offers, had his video featured on a national trucking recruitment agency's website and had inquiries about its success from as far away as Europe and the United Kingdom.

Here is what the expertise says about using online video resume:

"The recruiting world is always evolving and videos help candidates understand our company culture and what separates us from the competition, so they can tell if we would be a good fit for them," says Larry Nash, Recruiting Director of Branding & Communications, Ernst & Young.

According to Dr. John Sullivan, Professor of Management in the College of Business at San Francisco State University, “online videos are an effective tool for companies wanting to market themselves towards professionals, "Videos have that 'wow' factor that regular ads don't have, and unlike print ads, online viewer-ship can be tracked."
